Made from high-quality 304 grade stainless size 16 mesh and PTFE teflon for use in activated carbon filter systems. The bead on this has been designed to fit any standard 2 Inch (50mm) tri-clover fitting.

This mesh screen is compatible with all the other 2 Inch Tri-Clover equipment and fittings that we sell.

The screen has a mesh size of 16 which will block particles larger than 1.19mm or 1190 microns.

This mesh size makes this screen ideal for use in a filer setup with activated carbon.

This Stainless Mesh Screen has a PTFE (Teflon) seal integrated around the outside of it.  The hard PTFE compound is highly chemical and heat resistant.  This can be used as a standard seal or alternatively, it can be used as a filter screen preventing the flow of large particulates (>1.19mm) going through your tri-clover fittings.

This fitting is the preferred mesh screen for use in activated carbon filter systems. The 16 mesh will prevent activated carbon particles which range from 1500 micron to 2500 micron from passing through the filter into your final spirit.
